COVID-19:  Due to current state and  city orders, and  the CDC's recommendations,  all individual sessions and group classes are being provided virtually through Zoom.  Our primary mission is to  support your health and well-being and we will always operate according to what will be safe for all our students and teachers.

Privates/ Individual Pilates

 All you and only you! This is the quickest way to feel and see Pilates' benefits and make progress on your fitness goals - with one-to-one instruction. You get focused and personalized attention for what you need to overcome your challenges and build your fitness and well-being 

Group Classes

Enjoy the community of a group setting, relaxed and cost effective way to add to your Pilates practice.

Your Pilates Practice

Pilates can be practiced every day or once a week depending on your fitness needs and goals.  To achieve the most benefit and results, it is recommended that you practice at least 2 to 3 times a week.  Joe Pilates devised his exercise method, particularly the Mat Series, to be a foundational part of anyone's physical regimen and  a conditioning support for other athletic and physical pursuits. 

Studio Policies

Any appointment cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.  Failure to do so will result in being charged the full amount for that missed session.  Students may request up to two "late cancel" fee waivers per year for extenuating circumstances which will be granted at the discretion of the instructor.

All packages have a six-month expiration date from the date of purchase. A single, one-month extension may be granted at the discretion of the instructor for special circumstances.
